Can I pay via purchase order?
If you are with a public school, you can opt to buy online with a purchase order during online checkout. We will contact you once we have received the order to complete the purchase order process, or call us at 1-800-221-8889 to complete your order. Please note depending on the responsiveness of your school this may delay the shipment of items.

Is there a difference between fundraising distributors?
Yes, there can be many differences between fundraising distributors. We suggest you contact several and compare their programs. Be sure to ask about payment terms, shipping procedures, incentive programs, and the percent of profit your group can earn. Shipping & Returns

Do you ship everywhere in the US & Canada?
Due to the nature of our products, we only ship in the United States to the lower 48 states.

Once I place my order, how long does it take to get the candy bars?
Shipping times will vary, but your order will be processed the day it is received and candy is almost always delivered within a few days.

How will the fundraising candy be shipped?
Fundraising candy will be shipped either by UPS or a common carrier truck. During the summer months, there may be additional shipping charges due to warm weather. It’s important your treats are shipped with extra precautions so your profits don’t melt!

Where will the candy be shipped from?
We ship candies from our climate-controlled warehouse in Atwater, Ohio, and from 10 distribution centers located throughout the US.

Can I return unsold candy?
Candy is a perishable product, and to ensure freshness to all our customers we cannot accept returns. If you represent a large group located within 2 hrs. of the Akron-Canton, Ohio area, a special return agreement can be arranged. Please contact us for more information.
